For those shipments that must be there first thing in the morning. The shipments will be collected the day prior to delivery, which will happen between 07h00 and 09h00 in the city centres. Please contact our call centre on 0860 SHIP IT to consult with one of our call centre agents who are there to help.

For those less urgent shipments, we recommend our cost effective Economy Airfreight service offering great value. We will need a little notice on the day of the collection, but will effect the delivery the business day following the collection.

For those heavier and consolidated shipments that you can afford to have delivered within 3 days, we recommend our economical Roadfreight service. We'll need a little notice to effect the collection and transportation, and our call centre agents are on standby to help you through.

Please note that due to the extreme volatility of the Oil price, and subsequently the price of jet fuel, all tariffs are subject to a fluctuating Fuel Surcharge. This is a percentage surcharge calculated from an index and applied to the shipping charge, which is based on the average spot price of Kerosene-Type Jet Fuel, calculated one month in arrears (due to the release dates of the data). For example, December's Fuel Surcharge will be determined by the average spot price of Kerosene-Type Jet Fuel in October.

Whilst we make every attempt to minimise the impact, this is an industry norm and is passed from airlines to carriers to customers. The index is based on an industry standard, being the Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp (ARA) Index which we welcome our customers to view. The Fuel Surcharge levied will fluctuate up or down in 0.5% increments as per the table below:
